Although it was a challenge, being a one bedroom in a suburban area that typically drew families, she figured it out. Between tenants, I never had to wait longer than a couple months. This last year I purchased a home with my wife, who died before she was able to move in with me. This left me with twice the amount of mortgage I was planning to have to pay since my wife and I were splitting the mortgage payments together. I reached out to Cyndi again to inquire about selling my condo so that I could pay down my new mortgage with the money from the sale.
